How to support the body when trauma surfaces — without giving your power away.


We’re taught that “giving your power away” means handing it to a person, a guru, or some entity outside of us.


But here’s the deeper truth 👉

You can give your power away to products, protocols, and even supplements.

When we believe healing comes from something out there, we slowly disconnect from what’s already alive in here.


That’s the real hijack.

It’s not always a being — sometimes it’s a bottle.


But your body doesn’t need saving.

It needs you — anchored, present, and listening.


When your body speaks through symptoms…

It’s not broken.

It’s releasing.

It’s doing what it knows how to do — clear, rebalance, realign.


So here’s how to support yourself without outsourcing your healing 👇


🌬 1. Safe Space First, Always

Pause. Listen. Don’t rush to “fix it.”

Your body is asking to be felt, not silenced.

Say: “I hear you. You’re safe now.”


🌀 2. Let It Move

Trauma is frozen energy.

Let the body move it gently:

→ Somatic stretches

→ Shaking

→ Deep sighs or yawns

→ Earthing on the ground

→ Gentle lymph brushing or light bounce


No force. Just flow.


🧂 3. Support, Don’t Attack

Your body isn’t the enemy — it’s clearing what doesn’t belong.

Support the natural detox channels:

→ Liver (bitters (dandelion, milk thistle), lemon water, castor oil

→ Lymph (hydration, dry brushing, movement)

→ Gut (minerals, homemade ferments, fiber, bentonite clay - as a binder)

→ Skin (epsom soaks - clean ones, sunlight, castor oil, aloe)


No harsh flushes. No mystery megadoses.


🌿 4. Return to the Earth

Real food. Real water. Real salt.

Sun-grown. Hand-touched. Soul-fed.

Not packaged. Not powdered.

Trust your body more than a bottle.


⚡ 5. Energy Hygiene is Vital

Clear the hooks, the programs, the loops.

→ Remove entities and overlays

→ Reclaim your original template

→ Anchor your own golden field

→ Don’t send in white light — you are the light


🎤 6. Speak the Unspoken

Most illness lives in what was never allowed to be said.

Cry. Scream. Sing. Scribble.

Let the body voice the buried.


🧬 7. You Are Not Broken

Stop saying “I’m always healing.”

Start saying “I’m remembering my wholeness.”

You don’t need fixing. You need witnessing.

And that starts with you.


This is true healing.

No trends. No tech.

Just body, breath, and presence.


⚔️ Healing without handcuffs.
