Awakening From Slumber

When we 'awaken from the slumber' it's like this force of having to do something, having to fix everything, do do do do. So much pressure we put on ourselves. That doesn't mean do nothing, I'm not saying that but do what you can. Don't feel pressured to 'do someone else journey' this leeds to the feeling of guilt of not doing enough or not doing what someone else thinks you should be doing. DO YOU. ALLWAYS. It's your journey, what will you choose to create?
You don't need to explain your stillness.
You don’t owe anyone access to the silence you’ve earned.
Not every pause is a problem to be solved.
Not every retreat is a wound.
Some of us are not here to perform healing in public.
Not here to be cracked open for consumption.
Not here to pour endlessly into a system that only knows how to take.
This chapter is reclamation.
Of energy. Of presence. Of direction.
Let them wonder.
Let them reach.
Let them misunderstand.
You’re not here to keep them comfortable.
You’re here to be whole.
And sometimes, that wholeness requires being quiet.
And fiercely, beautifully unavailable.
