Who Do You Owe?

“You Don’t Owe the World Your Energy”
There’s a weight in the field today.
A pull to give, to fix, to serve.
But not all service is sovereign.
Not all healing is clean.
You may feel the pain of the collective,
but that does not make it yours to carry.
You are not here to be drained by distortion
dressed as light.
There are missions handed to you
that were never yours.
Scripts written by systems
that never knew your essence.
And somewhere in the static,
your true signal waits.
Strip it back.
Breathe.
Drop the loop of “I must help,”
and ask:
What is truly mine to do?
Not from wounding.
Not from guilt.
But from the quiet certainty
of your own original frequency.
Your presence is enough
when it is undistorted.
Your energy is sacred.
And it belongs to you first.
