🌻 The Garden is Medicine 🌻
There’s something ancient and sacred about digging your hands into the earth.
When we garden, we don’t just grow food — we grow life.
We build relationships with the soil, the sun, the microbes, the worms. We get grounded without trying. We listen to what the land needs. And in turn, it nourishes us back — body, mind, spirit.
Gardening improves our gut health, boosts our immunity, and lifts our mood. The microbes in soil literally activate serotonin in the brain. And that’s not even touching on the joy of harvesting your own food or watching a flower bloom where once there was nothing but dirt.
This is healing. This is sovereignty. This is remembering who we are.
Get your hands dirty. Feed the soil. Breathe with the Earth.
She remembers you 🌏💚
